1. Two 60 Minute Career Breakthrough Sessions: This recorded session will aid in developing dynamic career goals and discovering/dissecting the career fears you may have. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for negotiating salaries and strategies to elevate your personal brand. Ultimately, we will customize a strategy for you to reach new career heights and transition successfully in your new position.
2. Two 90 Minute Interview critiquing/coaching session: This recorded session will help individuals customize their approach to interviewing in today’s society and ultimately help enhance their personal brand. Additionally, self-doubt and interview anxiety will be greatly reduced and confidence will be increased.
3. Up to 10 resume critiques for positions of interest you may apply for (resume will be tailored specifically for your new position of interest) Assistance in searching for positions that align to your calling. However, you must first send a few positions of interest.)
4. Access to the Chief Career Transitionist, Crystal Williams, for 90 days which includes text or scheduled call for discussions on your career journey and any road blocks you may be experiencing.
